At the Speaker Post
The speaker post is the restaurant’s first touch point with the customer, and it’s a critical one. This interaction sets the tone for the customer experience and it is where virtually all communication takes place – in a target window of 30 seconds.
When the customer pulls up to a drive-thru, a sensor detects the car and places a call to a Verety agent in real-time using a Voice Over IP (VOIP) connection. In drive-thrus with multiple order points, two different order takers can help two different customers at the same time, enabling the store to serve more customers more quickly.
