Overview
Verety believes that associates do their best when they are in a comfortable environment free from distractions. To that end, we have developed an approach that allows associates to work where they are most comfortable -- in their homes!
We provide each associate with:
- A computer and software
- Reimbursement for internet/DSL
connection
- A headset
- Paid training
- Web- and phone-based support
Associates initially spend
several weeks learning to
be a successful Remote Order
Specialist at a designated
Verety location in North
Dakota or New Mexico. Associates
are trained under experienced
order takers, receive on-the-job
coaching, and transition to
their homes with the help
of Verety's support team.

Associates can use the computer off hours for personal needs such as allowing kids to do their homework, paying bills online, or just surfing the internet.

- Dining at Home
Eating in is always less expensive than grabbing lunch and dinner at local restaurants, and it's often healthier.
- Flexible Scheduling
Verety is a 24x7 operation, so there are a variety of shifts available. Associates schedule themselves in shifts ranging from two to ten hours, and split shifts are also available.
