Overview

Verety believes that associates do their best when they are in a comfortable environment free from distractions.  To that end, we have developed an approach that allows associates to work where they are most comfortable -- in their homes! 

We provide each associate with:

  • A computer and software
  • Reimbursement for internet/DSL connection
  • A headset
  • Paid training
  • Web- and phone-based support

Associates initially spend several weeks learning to be a successful Remote Order Specialist at a designated Verety location in North Dakota or New Mexico. Associates are trained under experienced order takers, receive on-the-job coaching, and transition to their homes with the help of Verety's support team.

    Verety is a 24x7 operation, so there are a variety of shifts available. Associates schedule themselves in shifts ranging from two to ten hours, and split shifts are also available.
