Our Fessenden office opened for its first class of Remote Order Specialist trainees on April 4, 2006. It was great to have the help of experienced agents and supervisors from Rugby to get us going. Our first class is working at home in Fessenden, Harvey and Anamoose, and we’re looking forward to starting a new class. We have a good time together and look forward to adding to our team.
