Welcome to Steele!

Our Steele office has the distinction of being the very first Verety Work@Home Storefront location. We opened in March 2005 and took our first customer order on May 16, 2005.

We have a great team that likes to have fun and celebrate special occasions. Over the winter holidays we had a nice gift exchange and everyone brought in a dish for others to enjoy. We had a ball during the company’s Halloween costume contest, and our office had the highest level of participation across all Verety locations. Most of our associates also contributed to a company-wide drive to raise money for Hurricane Katrina relief efforts.

We also like to get involved in local activities. During Steele’s Winter Festival, five of our associates competed against BEK Communications in a friendly game of Family Feud, and we built a float for the Parade of Lights. We have participated in 4th of July parades in Dawson and Robinson, hosted a booth at the Kidder County Fair, and sponsored a car in the Tappen demolition derby. In addition, we hosted a Community Chili Feed for more than 200 people and contributed $100 towards the renovation of Steele’s baseball diamond.

While we have fun, we are very focused on doing a great job taking orders. We look forward to getting even more residents working from home.
